| When will my order dispatch? |
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed in the early afternoon are usually dispatched that day. |
| How is it deliveried? |
In the UK smaller value items are sent by first class delivery and courier for more expensive items.
For worldwide delivery products are sent by international air mail. Expensive or heavy items are sent out
by Fedex. |

| Are there any problem countries? |
We have noticed that deliveries to some countries can be VERY slow.
These countries are Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Portugal. Some parcels are delivered quickly
other times they can take over a month for delivery. We don't know why but this is the case.
Parcels to France sent by Royal Mail can also be delayed sometimes by up to a week.
Please use Fedex for fast delivery to these countries.

| How can I pay? |
Either by Credit / Debit card or by cheque if you are ordering from a school, college, university, large company or government organisation.
Where possible please order online by card, as this will be much faster.
If you want to pay by cheque, add items to the 'basket' as if you about to place an order online. On the basket page (titled 'Your Shopping Basket')
there is a help section at the bottom, click on the link that says 'Click here for a printable form'.

| Do you accept cheques? |
We do not accept personal cheques (from 1/10/2006). However we still accept cheques from schools, colleges, universities, large companies or
government organisations (including the military). |
| Does my credit/debit card let me to purchase in a different currency? |
Almost all cards now allow you to purchase products in a different currency/currency. If the transaction fails phone your bank and ask them
to approve the transaction. The phone number is usually on the back of the card. |
| Will the card company charge me to convert to another currency? |
Sometimes they do, but in most cases this is less than 1%. If unsure check with your card company/bank first. |
| How much will this cost me in dollars or other currencies? |
On the basket page you have the option of viewing the prices in a number of currencies.
Exchange rates are provided by http://coinmill.com/
Actual card exchange MAY vary fractionally as VISA and Mastercard use their own exchange. The difference is small if any.

| When will the credit/debit card be charged? |
The credit card is charged as soon as the order is placed. In the UK this is normal, however US customers will be
used to being charged after dispatch. Unfortunately the current credit card system used does not allow a date when the
credit card is charged. However most orders go out the same or next working day. If something is out of stock we will let you know. |
| Are local taxes prepaid? |
Taxes may be added at the point of import of some countries. In general any products sent within the EU will have no extra charges.
The price it says on the website is the price you pay. |
